Inside the the Church of San Bernardino alle Ossa (ossa means bones) there is a ossuary decorated until the vault with human skulls and bones, which merge well with the chapel rococo style.
In 1738 the Portugal king John V was so impressed that decided to build a similar chapel near Lisbon. In the same square of San Bernardino the baroque Saint Stephan Basilica can be admired.
